What is the deepest silence you’ve ever known? There is a deep yearning for silence in a world of more and more noise. Give yourself the opportunity to explore not just the auditory and informational quiet, but more importantly the silence deep inside.
I invite you to retreat with me in beautiful New Harmony, IN in the late summer of 2024 into a world of silence and presence. Together we will create a container of communal silence, a container that creates space for deep cellular repair and renewal.
Leaving the everyday barrage of stimuli for 4 days will allow for a much-needed deep emotional rest.

Let your entire being begin to hum with a sense of inner peace with bountiful moments of pure and unadulterated silence. Through twice a day asana practice, lectures on presence, silence and stillness, journaling, and meditation practice, lovingly prepared meals from a private chef while immersed in the healing power of silence, we will have the opportunity to deeply recharge all of our inner wells.

Deposit of $200 secures your spot on the retreat and is not refundable and non-transferable.
Note: balance payments not received by August 15th 2024 will result in the forfeiture of your space at this retreat.
Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing:

90 days prior to the retreat: Cancellation requests made more than 3 months prior to the retreat (June 5th 2024 EOB) will receive any payments made minus the $200 nonrefundable deposit.

Cancellation requests made within 3 months of the retreat start date are non-refundable and the participant is expected to pay the full tuition amount. You are always able to attempt to sell your spot to a friend.
Exceptions to the cancelation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend or complete the retreat.
